In-home therapeutic massage focusing on pain, muscle tension and stress in the comfort of your own home or office. Each massage is different and customized to YOUR session goals. Different techniques and modalities are incorporated throughout the session from swedish, deep tissue, range of motion, stretching, cupping therapy and aromatherapy that can be added to your session at no additional cost. 

I encourage booking enough time to address all muscle groups.
