My relationship with my clients is built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect. As a condition of working with me, all clients agree to the policies below. Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance of your session.
Cancellation Policy:
Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in the full service amount being charged. Sometimes things happen and you have no control therefore you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If canceling becomes habitual I will no longer be able to book you.
Appointment Time:
Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. I will arrive 5-10 minutes early for any appointment in order for you to get the full time scheduled. If you are not at home or running late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
Credit Card on File:
This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.
If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay for your service.

Great question! No worries, on your intake form you can write down your needs and goals and I will prepare a treatment plan for your specific needs. I will also do a verbal intake as well.
No, I do not take same day appointments, as I am fully mobile, and the earliest appointments will normally be scheduled for the next day.
I will bring everything needed from the table and sheets to the music. Feel free to set up your favorite music if you prefer. Please set aside space for your massage ahead of time. A good sized space to accommodate the table and room around it is approximately 6 feet by 8 feet. Please also have a sink or bathroom available so I can wash my hands before and after your massage.
You will be modestly draped through the massage. If there are any areas you would like focus on or avoided, please include that on the intake form. You can also let me know verbally at any time. At the end of your session there will be time for you to get up from the table and redress while I leave the room to wash my hands.
I am happy to answer any questions or concerns you might have ahead of time.
In general, I am happy to work in a home that has pets present. I do suggest that pets are placed in another room before the session starts to avoid disruption, and to prevent reactions other clients I see might have from exposure.
Yes, I do take insurance. I will verify your coverage and you will need to have a prescription from your primary Doctor, PA or Orthopedic for medical massage.
